Tulip Heart Giant Bonbon
Tulips are the most gorgeous spring time bloom, so I just had to incorporate them into chocolate.
This beautiful hand painted heart shaped bonbon is a whopper!
Inside this couverture milk chocolate shell is a Maldon salted caramel layer with an almond gianduja.
Sized approximately 12cm x 12cm, and weighing approx 180g, this treat will definitely last more than one sitting!
Please do NOT store your chocolate in the fridge, however, do try and keep in a cool room away from direct sunlight.
