Payment for goods
No order can be processed until it has been paid for in full. At the point your order is delivered to you, you are deemed the owner of the product. You cannot sell the products, offer them for re-sale or offer them for sale either as a Cocoa Artistry product or as your own “white label product” without our consent.
Ordering
We will post within 48 hours of an order being placed. Orders will not be posted at the weekend so as to avoid your goods being in transit and held in potentially damaging temperatures.
Delivery Policy
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 to courier in the UK only. We do not ship internationally. Shipping, postage and packaging costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for any mishandling, loss or damage to your package once it has left our premises. We package our orders carefully, taking every precaution to ensure your chocolates are protected against the postal journey. However, please understand that the very nature of chocolate makes it a temperature sensitive product, as a result during hot weather, we may delay postage or dispatch until the temperatures are suitable to make a delivery. Once it has left our premises, we are not responsible for any rise in temperature that may cause melting or damage whilst in transit with Royal Mail. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address is given to send your package, we cannot be held responsible for any errors made. We cannot be held responsible for delays within Royal Mail. If you require a signed for parcel, you must ensure that there is someone present to accept the package or use an address of someone who can sign for it on your behalf. We are not responsible for delays by Royal Mail during busy periods i.e. Christmas, Easter or during strike action.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking code. This is for both yours and our records to show proof of postage by us. We cannot enter into any discussion or dispute about late delivery until 14 working days has elapsed from the date of dispatch. We will then undertake an investigation and make attempts to resolve the dispute.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of the product and that as it is classed as perishable, we are not able to accept returns, unwanted items, or items ordered in error. If you are not entirely happy with your chocolates, please contact us in the first instance. We may require that the goods are returned to us for inspection before we consider a refund or replacement. Refunds and replacements are offered entirely at our discretion and we reserve the right to issue them in any way we regard as appropriate.
